 The Fox, my spirit name, moves gently through all I do. She is a guide, a whisperer, a keeper of mysteries. And she invites you to wander with her awhile.

Whether navigating grief, identity shifts, soul healing, or end-of-life thresholds, Roots & Passage offers intuitive listening, spiritual counsel, and compassionate presence. It’s not therapy.
